Help Bandit Fight Parvo

For those who don’t know, this is Bandit. He is our 12 week old Doberman puppy that we just adore. He makes us laugh, he makes us shake our heads, but most of all he makes up our family. Unfortunately he tested positive for Parvo this week. Within a week he lost tons of weight. We fed him more, but he just kept losing weight. On Wednesday I came home from work to find tons of puke and bloody diarrhea from him. He continued non stop so I rushed him to Blue Pearl to seek emergency care. He is now staying in ICU at his vet, hooked up to an IV with fluids and being monitored. The doctors said he has a 50/50 chance, but it looks positive. We visited him today and he looked better and just so ready to come home. So many dogs die from Parvo and I just can’t stand to let him go or put him under when he has this much of a chance. I normally would never ask for any kind of financial help in any situation, but to be honest, not only do I need help, Bandit does. It’s EXTREMELY expensive to put him through these multiple nights at the vet, and all the medications. Not only that, but parvo is so contagious that we had to throw away every single dog toy, rip out our carpet, disinfect everything, bleach our yard, etc. to protect our other dogs in the household. I also work in a grooming salon, and considering I’ve been exposed to the virus from my dog, I am now understandably, yet unfortunately out of work till Tuesday. All funds are much appreciated! We are praying for his recovery every minute.
