Joseph is my Hero

Start off its 1am and as I writing this cring and thinking about the day Joseph was born at 27 weeks via emerengy c- section on Feb. 5 2013 weighing 2lbs 9.8oz. Those first couple days was the worse for a mother from him almost dying to not knowing what was gonna happen. Joseph was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Hydrocephalus and has VP Shunt but this kid doesnt let anything get in his way. When u ask questions to doctors and get we will cross that bridge when it happens is hard to take in sometimes but we go on to prove that he can and will achive things in life.As he grows things are getting harder on me to keep lifting in and out of car he does have a wheelchair but we are in need of handicapped accessible van.  We make serveral trips to Iowa City and Therapy appointments that im not able to take his equipment. Also looking to get therapy dog to help with mobilty and anything that comes up. Im not a person to ask for help but Im putting my pride to the side and doing this for my son. I have tried finding grants and theres nothing out there that I can find. Anything helps and Thank you.....God Bless All
