Car Fund For Family In Need

We have a disabled son who needs to go to doctor's appointments frequently in Miami. We live 3 hours away from Miami. We recently bought a car from a "buy here pay here" dealership and found out within 24 hours that we completely got scammed! The car is literally unsafe to drive and we lost almost our entire tax return money! We are in desperate need of a reliable vehicle to get us to Miami so my son can make his very important doctor's appointments!
