Jenn’s Journey

Jennifer Bowen is in the running for Mrs. Alabama representing Mrs. Trussville. She has spent the previous year fighting for her life and has decided to fight back with using this opportunity and platform as a voice to raise awareness, education, and funding for the two main diseases that have rocked her life: Late stage Lyme disease and Type 1 Diabetes. Please help her pursue her passion of spreading the word on these issues and encourage others with her God given drive to overcome all obstacles and share her amazing testimony. She personally participated in a Krispy Kreme fundraiser “Donuts don’t cause Type 1 Diabetes” for this pageant but donated all earnings to JDRF for diabetes research. I have set this GoFundMe up to help her pay for the many pageant costs and expenses it takes to make this happen. No amount donated is too small.
