Bring My Mom (Millie Bush) Home

Hello friends, family, moms Fort Sanders family and anyone else who this reaches, I am not sure whether or not this needs to be under medical or not but here is the situation.  My 70 year old mother is in end stages of dementia and had to have her  gallbladder removed in an emergency surgery at the end of June. For anyone that has a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer knows one of the worst things that can happen for a person with these horrible diseases  is to under go surgery because it has detrimental effects.  My mother actually came out doing not to much worse than she went under, which is a miracle.  Unfortunately, she was not able to come back to our home when she was release she was sent to rehab were she has been since July.  Her 100 days of insurance coverage ends in 10 days and I am trying to raise money to find us a new house to rent. We have been living in a seasonal rental home on Florida but we need to find an annual rental so that I can get her all set up in a room appropriate for her current medical needs, all the medical equipment-hospital bed and such, that she is going to need to be moved out of rehab and into a personal residence. She is going to have to have 24 hour care as well as a room with a bathroom that is handicap accessible. Currently we have no furniture of our own as we have been in seasonal rentals for about 3 years now. I need to raise approximately $6000 to get into an annual rental (first month and last months rent, deposit and furnishings for a rental).  Anything anyone can donate will be greatly appreciated. My mother, daughter and I will be blessed to have any help we can get to have the ability to spend my mothers remaining time with her in a home with us instead of in a nursing home.  All money raised will be used for the sole purpose of paying to move us and my mother to a new home rental. Whether it be for the rent, deposits, utilities and those deposits, furnishing and transportation to assist in the move itself. I will be happy to post all receipts of money spent on this site if that is allowed. P.S. If you would like please feel free to share a story about mom with me and I will share them with her, add pictures you might have of her too and I will compile into a scrapbook. She asks about all her Fort Sanders girls on clear days or when something just reminds her of someone. Below is the last picture of her I have where she was the most like herself. This was taken the first month we moved to Florida in  April 2016.
