Daniela’s Trip To Oxford University

Hello my name is Daniela Zarraga and I am in 8th Grade at St. Jerome School. I am a hard working and devoted student that comes from a loving family of five. My parents work hard everday so that I have the opportunity of a Catholic education. Since I was young I have always loved to learn and I recieve straight A's in all my classes. I am a loving person who always tries to make everyone smile by spreading my posivity and motivation. I am always trying to find new programs and ways to enhance my learning and have recently come across one. I have recently applied for the Academic Achievement Scholarship to attend the Oxford Prep Experience in London during July. This scholarship is highly competitive and students around the world apply for it. Thanks to God I was awarded the scholarship, which covers the cost of the program, and am extremely excited. What the scholarship doesn’t cover though is my airfare and lunch while I’m there. This is an amazing and life-changing opportunity that I would like to take part in. Flying to London plus paying for my lunch for a month is really expensive and I would be so thankful with any amount that you can contribute. Thank you so much and God bless you!

Mis padres trabajan duro todos los días para que tenga la oportunidad de una educación católica. Desde que era joven siempre me ha encantado aprender y recibo A's en todas mis clases. Hace poco solicité la Beca de Logro Académico para asistir a la Oxford Prep Experience en Londres durante el mes de julio. Esta beca es altamente competitiva y los estudiantes de todo el mundo la solicitan. Gracias a Dios me otorgaron la beca, que cubre el costo del programa, y ​​estoy muy emocionado. Lo que la beca no cubre es mi pasaje aéreo y el almuerzo mientras estoy allí. Esta es una oportunidad increíble y que cambiaria mi vida en la que me gustaría participar.
