Zac’s Going Home to Heaven

Zac was called Home on March 6, 2018, after a long battle with Diabetes and Kidney Failure, in which he was diagnosed as a child at age 13. This led to being diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Failure. After breaking his foot in December 2016 he continued to battle the kidney failure and Diabetes at this time the Kidney Failure was progressing very quickly and Zac had to begin Dialysis 3x a week. After battling his broken foot he developed a bone infection in which led to Zac having his foot amputated. On Sunday March 5 2018 Zac was admitted at OU Hospital due toComplications with his Kidney Failure. Zac continued to fight until GOD called him home to join his Angels. Zac did not have insurance due to his pre existing conditions. The family is asking for donations to help with the cost of the funeral. He will be laid to rest on March 16, 2018 in Spencer Oklahoma.
