Masonic Temple Repair Fund

We are the Chapman Foundation a nonprofit organization which handles the charity events in the name of Chapman Lodge #2 A.F.&A.M. in Las Vegas, New Mexico. We are also the caretaker of the Chapman Lodge building. The construction of this building was started in 1894, and completed in 1895. It is the oldest Masonic building built as a Masonic lodge and still in use in New Mexico. It is used for many charity events to raise money for various youth and other nonprofit groups in the community. We are looking for donations to make much needed repairs to this 123 year old historic building. The roof needs repaired and due to water leaks so does some of the interior ceilings and wooden floors. There are also many small repairs, painting and refurbishing that needs to be done. We are not looking to upgrade or remodel, we just want to restore and repair. Our membership is declining which makes it hard to get the funds for these projects.
