David’s Cancer Battle Fund

Donation protected
David has been battling leukemia and lymphoma since 2013. In round one, as he calls it, the cancers reached stage 4. He underwent 8 months of very difficult chemotherapy and did finally get into remission. Then in February of 2017 he was told the cancers were back. He was recently informed that they are once again at an “advanced stage”. The chemo from round one had significant side effects and he does not want to go through that again if possible. He is also a candidate for a bone marrow transplant at City of Hope. While this is a highly regarded cancer hospital, the transplant is a radical procedure with a substantial mortality rate and very significant side effects if it work, so that is both financially and medically a very last resort, if even an option.

David remains determined to beat this terrible disease permanently with God’s help. His faith and resolve remain intact. He is a fighter. He is continuing to exercise and run four to five days a week. He is also continuing to work, albeit on a somewhat limited basis, with insurance and investment clients and he’s mentoring, training and developing new representatives both in the LA area and in the Central Coast. We have decided after extensive research and prayer that his best treatment option now is a clinic in Mexico that has had great success in treating these cancers. It is however expensive. The treatment protocol is 90 days intensive with the first 21 days on site and an additional 9 months of treatment at home. They use natural therapies with none of the side effects of chemotherapy that drastically lower quality of life for David. The only down side is the cost. We need to raise $50,000 to make this possible. We have had a number of people come forward with fund raising ideas. We are open to your suggestions however time is of the essence. We only ask that you pray and search your heart and ask how you might help this warrior win his biggest battle yet. Thank you in advance for your prayers and support.
