Alex’s needed medical treatment

I’m am the mom of this beautiful girl. Last April she called me from college saying there was something wrong above her rectum. She was crying saying it looks like 2 butt holes. I immediately got dressed and made the 3 hour trip to get campus in 2 hours and 15 minutes. I brought her home and to our emergency room. Within 24 hours she was in surgery. It has been a downhill battle since with 5 more emergency surgeries due to excess uncontrollable bleeding. Also, during the 3rd surgery they found a cyst under her armpit that contained the same type of cyst they found above the rectum. Both areas, a year later are still open from surgeries. I wound clean and dress them three times a day. This Dr put her off on another Dr and a week before Christmas she was bleeding again. This Dr caused more damage inside her than good. Now, she’s under the care of another Dr that had to do surgery to try and repair what he could from the other Drs. The surgery was difficult and she ended up in icu. Now it’s exactly one week after that and 3:30 in the morning and I’ve had to rush her 2 hours away to that hospital from bleeding again. I’ve contacted the Cleveland clinic and I can take her there for a specialist to take over. But, I’ll owe her part of the Dr and all tests and procedures and the cost of the trip. Their not in the medical network for me. It’s a 6 hour drive. I’ve exhausted everything this past year paying for medical and travel. It’s very costly but it’s her life at this point and I have to do all I can to help her get better..
