Help Kimberly fight cancer

In May, our dear friend and co-worker Kimberly was diagnosed with cervical cancer that has metastasized to her lymph nodes and abdominal wall. This was a huge shock as she had believed that she had beat this disease before. This will be her second battle. In 2006, Kim was treated for cervical cancer and was deemed cancer free.

Kim has been a loyal employee for 21 years at the same company, working as a dedicated and caring nurse. She is a single parent and has successfully raised two daughters,  Kimara and Kassidy. Both girls currently attend college and Kim's greatest wish is to see them graduate.

Kim is now living with the emotional stress of this frightening diagnosis, ongoing aggressive chemotherapy  which takes 7 hours and its side effects and constant travel to and from Cleveland Clinic. Reality is that her world has been flipped upside down.  Although Kim is continuing to work as much as possible, the stark reality is that her expenses have exponentially gone up while her household income has drastically gone down as she is unable to work her hours at her full time job and has had to resign from her part time job.
