RadCast.org needs a gamma spectrometer in order to test food in the Northwest. There are two labs in the country who work for private industry, willing to confirm radiation levels, if food shows up positive.
It is extremely expensive and very difficult to find a lab that will test our food for radiation. This gamma spectrometer will test our food for radiation.
It is up to us to verify the raditation levels in our food. We must join together to purchase the equipment necessary to scientifically study the radiation in our food.
We are still importing food from Fukushima: dairy, beef, rice, green tea, fruit.
