5 friends taking on ToughMudder in Co.Meath ireland to raise money and awareness for Mental Health on 20/07/2019
We have partnered up with Mindboggle. Which is a social media platform that allows users to post anonymously how they are feeling with no criticism or feedback. Only Empowerment. Social media has been at the forefront only many mental health issues and Mindboggle has found a way to tackle the issues through corporate workplace wellbeing practices.
Our country unfortunately is riddled with Mental Health issues, these derive from political, community, economically and socially. Mindboggle helps target these areas and provides feedback to their hierarchy's .
Together as a team we are prepared to put our body's on the line to test our mindset. Through teamwork, resilience and determination we together as a team are up for the ToughMudder Challenge.
Because we are in such short notice. We ask any charities who want to be considered as a sponsor to contact us immediately. We will be happy to chat with you!
