Help Carla Get a Legal Tandem Bike

My name is Carla Shibley, and I am a blind athlete competing in para cycling. This is my second year competing in this sport, and my goal is to be able to qualify for the 2020 Tokyo para Olympics. I currently do not have the proper equipment to be able to compete at an international level, and the tandem bike I currently have is NOT LEGAL because of the disk breaks. I am fortunate to be able to borrow a tandem bike for my races this year, but to compete at a higher level I do need to upgrade to a race ready tandem bike. Any support towards my cause would be a start in me being one step closer to achieving my goals in this sport.
