Car=Future for Single Mom

I want to purchase a very inexpensive car for Meika, a young, single mother whom I mentor. She was homeless for a time but now has an apartment. Right now she walks one mile to the closest bus stop with her 9 month old daughter, Paris, in a stroller in the cold, rides three different buses to get to her temp job. Takes 2.5 hours each way. She was working full time until her car died.

Meika is a wonderful, responsible mother who is trying very hard to be self-supporting and provide for her baby.  

I am hoping to raise the funds in 10 days to purchase a dependable 2002 one-owner Camry that someone has offered to sell at $1000 below its blue book value.

Will you help her return to full-time work?
