Neiko needs your help

So my Neiko lost his leg to a viscous dog attack early this morning.  He needs help from anyone that’s willing. He needs surgery to get what’s left fixed. I’m heart broken and don’t know what else to do. If anything please keep me in your thoughts and prayers!! Please pass this along to any and all.
