Cornea transplant

I'd like to support Jonathan get his sight back. Currently he is struggling to read anything that is more than 4 inches from his face.

He was diagnosed with a variation of eczema which has cause severe scarring to his corneas and has been trying to get treatment on the NHS for over 2 years now. We've been informed that he needs a cornea transplant without which he will have a total loss of sight in 4 months time.

The NHS will cover treatment but there is a waiting list of around 7 to 8 months. The only option we have is to take him private, if we do not get the treatment soon his sight will be lost.

Jonathan is passionate at teaching music and has a been playing guitar for 25 years. He has an NHC in music and is working towards and NHD in music production further his teaching career.
