Donation protected
I'm raising money to fight a legal dispute regarding a previous lease at 501 S. Washington Ave. 3rd Floor

Background:

1. Diana Broschka  and her partner of 501FIT are being sued by LS Capital.
2.  LS Capital (California Company) buys properties in MN including previous 501FIT location .
3.  LS Capital is suing 1.5 years after 501FIT closed, vacated space.

Why Give?

This lawsuit has the potential to harm 501FIT owners even though 501FIT was closed we're fighting back.  We need to fight, fend off crisis to preserve our ability to continue to operate training studios to help more people through fitness.

Who Will Benefit?

1.  Diana!   All contributions will go directly to Diana's portion of legal fees.

2.  You!  Your contributions will be used to protect/defend your neighborhood  businesses, services .

3.  Others!  We'll have a clear path into the future to continue fitness services for you and others.

Thank you!
