On Tuesday, July 15, 2014, Nnamdi Okongwu suffered a serious head injury in a skateboard accident.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Nnamdi Okongwu.  He has made his mark on the world of high school basketball and he is loved by thousands who have had the honor of meeting him or pleasure of watching his style of play.

The 6-foot-9 center would be a senior in the fall, he was viewed as a player with raw basketball ability, just beginning to blossom. He was starting to get attention from major Division I schools after the Huskies’ showing the past season. He had already received a scholarship offer from Loyola Marymount University, (a NCAA Division I university in Los Angeles).  He was an integral part of Sierra League title and postseason runs.

Many have asked what they can do you assist the family.  Here's how we all could help.  1) Please make a donation today! 2) Share this link on your facebook, twitter, and instagram pages.  We want a worldwide outpouring of support.  We want to assist his family with the financial burden of this unfortunate accident has caused.

We all love Nnamdi and this is a great way to show our love and support for the family.
