Stroke Victim Relief

Donation protected

My wonderful husband whom my children and I love to the ends of the earth had an unfortunate stroke while on the job. He was rushed to the emergency room and place directly into the icu where they began to treat him. I watch as he was given test after test failing each one over and over. As the medicine TPA was given to him, I noticed he began to respond positively more and more, fighting his way back to us. After he was considered stable enough to leave the icu we then realised together that he had lost the feeling in his left side. He was heart broken. He worried about everything in our world everyday and made sure we had everything that he could provide for us.. but he didn't give in to what was placed in front of him and stepped up his pride and by the fifth day he walked out of the hospital, shook hands, and amazed them all, even with no feeling, no remorse, and a huge heart. Two month of physical therapy after the hospital release and he went back to work and surprised everyone, but was surprised back by being told he couldn't drive for five years. So he was put on the back of the trash truck to do manual labor, much harder than he intended on doing, for three weeks he dealt with the hard work until his leg abruptly gave out and he lost all control of his leg. Now he is at home and calling everyday and everyone he can find to try to get back to his work. All he wants to do is drive and keep going. All he wants is a good life for his children. We are at the point in the year where it seems like everything has gotten unbearably hard. Vehicle needs work, no money at all coming in. Family us getting restless about us. We have doctor bills, no home to call our own, and food stamps just to get us by. Christmas is two weeks away or so and we have nothing for our kids. They are amazing wonderful children who are there when you need a hand or a hug and are top notch in school as well. My daughter has college scholarships left and right and both boys are getting to the age where it matters most. We have always loved everyone with all our hearts and souls and want the best for everyone but now we ask for help and safety amount our friends and community. Thanks
