4th Grade Saint Augustine Trip

Greetings from North Elementary School!
Fourth Grade Social Studies curriculum is devoted entirely to Florida’s rich history. As a way to develop the students’ knowledge of Florida history, our Fourth Grade team has committed to enrich each student’s knowledge by taking an educational trip to Saint Augustine. For this experience, we have planned an inclusive trip with a tour guide company that will include a tour of Castillo de San Marco, Fountain of Youth tour, and an Old Town Trolley Tour of Saint Augustine. This unique experience will help develop and enrich experiences that our students need to be successful in school as well as in life.
As you can imagine, this trip is quite expensive. In order for our students to go on this trip, we are asking our community for additional financial support. Due to our students’ socioeconomic status, most are only able to afford a small portion of the trip. We are doing multiple fundraisers designated to this trip; however, we will be still lacking the funds to send all of our students on this exceptional, educational field trip. With your help, we are hoping to raise the additional funds needed to take our students on this amazing trip.
