Please help save Aiko's life

Aiko, a 6 month old french bulldog, has had a very rough start to life. she was diagnosed with an ectopic ureter, which she had surgery for 1 month ago. on october 8th she started vomiting and has had a fever since. after seeing 2 different vets and a specialist, an ultrasound showed her left kidney is completely dilated, enlarged, and not functioning. the specialist recommended surgery to remove that kidney, or euthanasia. without surgery, she will only live for 1 month, max. I have done everything for this precious pup, everything; but I cannot afford anymore surgeries. any donations, even $1 would mean the world to me. PLEASE help me save her life. I will be eternally grateful. Her surgery is 2k but she will need follow up care, medications, etc. Thanks in advance ❤️
