Educate to Eradicate Poverty

Initiated in 2002 by our then 11-year-old chairperson with her $10 savings, we have since disbursed 100% of funds collected towards scholarships, grants and loans to students in Pakistan who belong to low-income families. None of our trustees/directors take any remuneration or benefits, and other than fees of our bankers and external accountants, there are no expenses. So we are able to utilize almost all the donated amount for promotion of our objective which is described by our name: “CHiLD” is an acronym for “Cooperation & Help in Literacy Development”. All disbursements are based on need and merit. We do not discriminate on gender, religion or creed. COME HELP US ERADICATE POVERTY - WHICH GIVES RISE TO THE EVILS OF VIOLENCE AND CHILD LABOR - BY INCREASING LITERACY IN PAKISTAN AND HELPING THE STUDENTS OF TODAY GET EDUCATED ENOUGH TO BE SELF SUFFICIENT AND PROVIDE FOR THEIR FAMILIES TOMORROW.
