Homelessness

This is a story that no one likes to read about, but its our current situation and if you just hear me out, maybe you can consider us. My family right now is about to become homeless. The house we are currently in is being sold and while the new property owners have been gracious letting us stay here until we got enough money to get out, the economy has not been gracious, and the job market either. Lots of temp jobs that end too soon. We recieve food stamps which has kept us fed and goverment assistance, but its not getting us the funds we need to get out and to a new place. My family is a large one. We have 3 adults and 4 kids. In the last two years tragedy had struck 3 of our children with the death of there biological mother. That trauma took a lot of our time and energy in emotionally helping our kids to learn to deal with the loss of their mom. A second tragety struck when the landlord of the property we inhabit tried to take her own life while the kids and us lived with her. She was like a second mother to these kids and so they had another mother figure lost. The landlord gave up the property and disappeared. Two of the adults here have been trying very hard to get jobs that arent temporary, but hasnt been very fruitful. In regards to myself, i have been seeking disability help from the state, but that takes a while and we are coming down to the wire. It was a very dark time for us. Still is. And we need help. We have some offers from the buyer, about 2k, to get up and out of here, but its just not enough. Im making this gofundme account to ask you consider helping us so we dont have to place the kids in granparents homes and couch surf until we find a place. Please help. Im not a big fan of asking for money, and I wouldnt ask for it if we werent desperate, but we are. Thank you for your consideration.
