Our beloved Walter Scott Binns III was abruptly taken from us on September 27th, 2013. He leaves behind an adoring family which includes a vibrant, intelligent, young toddler named Josette. In lieu of flowers or cards the family has requested that contributions be made towards "Jossie's College Fund".
