Jose Torres Terminal Stage 4 Cancer

Jose Torres, omg where do I Begin!!!! This man has been the big strong man in all our lives every since We’ve all been little, we are all grown!!! Jose (Tio) has always kept my family together with bigger than life cookouts!!!! He has always worked his ass off!! And I know, I worked with him a little over a years and a half!!! At half his age I could not keep up with him!!! He is a carpenter by trade, and a amazing one!!! Quick story... I once purchase a hammer and a work belt and brought it to work with me! I was so excited. When he saw me he asked “what did I get that for”? I told him to work! So pretty much Jose made me carry his hammer around in my work belt and told me my hammer was a fisher price, lol! Ok sorry, so Jose was diagnosed with a cancer in his lung. He had a very big surgery to remove it! We thought it was successful! So about a month and a half he started to experience very bad back pain, we thought maybe due to his surgery! How ever could we be so wrong!!!! The cancer had spread to his bones. And I apologize for not knowing the name of his cancer! I just know it’s stage 4 & he is dying so ever slow right before our eyes!!! He wants to go from the hospital to cremation because of money issues! However “I” can not allow that! He is loved by a very big family & hundreds of very close family friends! I want to give him the farewell he so deserves as my uncle and as the great person he is!!!! And what ever is left, is there is anything left, I would like to give to his wife Iren, who by the way isn’t doing to good herself!!!! Jose kept this family together and taught me the value of family! I am the man I am today because of him! Please, I know the outpouring will be kind, let’s give him a respectful good bye when his time comes! The doctors gave him 3-6 months. It’s been about 3 months! His days are numbered...
