Our Shelter/Soup Kitchen and Food Bank @ Harvest Time Church.

Over the past 6 years here, we have sheltered over 32,000 sheltered nights, we have feed in the high 300,000 hot meals, gave away over 700,000lbs of food. It just seems strange to me how we could not help, I've always thought charity starts at home. We are a 503c3 so all donations are tax deductible so why not help out.

Most people think I cannot help I am only one person, but for less then the price of a cup of coffee a day, you could feed, shelter and help with job placement for 1 person. $30 per month is not a lot to keep someone from freezing or going hungry. Just think if we could get 100 people to sponsor 1 person a month how many lives that will impact, over the course of a year. Just take a stand, it's ok to say I can't help everybody, But take a stand and say I will do my part, and help at least one person.
