Rich's Sober October

As many will know we have recently lost two good friends therefore I have decided to go Sober for October in aid of charities that I feel are appropriate to each of them......Winstons wish-the charity for bereaved children in memory of Chris.And-The British Heart Foundation in memory of Brad.I have supported friends who are raising for the Cancer charity and have personally donated aswell.
I will also donate  a third of the donation to Southmead Hospitals Brain unit as a thank you for the work they did to my Mother in law.
