In the words of Paula Herman: "All day I've thought about what I could post on here to explain what Mike Box means to so many disabled children and adults and what he means to me as a friend. Mike's custom BOX WHEELCHAIRS makes the most awesome sports chairs. He is involved in many sports for the disabled and means the world to so many of us that are in this disabled world. If someone wants an off road chair or a beach chair or whatever kind of chair Mike can make it. He has travelled ALL OVER THE WORLD and helped too many to count that cannot afford a really cool chair. He moved to Texas from Norco, CA just last year. I met Mike many years ago at a wheelchair tennis tournament and then many tournaments. I am heartsick that he is going through this. Yes, I know many thousands in Texas have lost everything, but when it is threatening someone you know, is one of the most amazing caring people on this planet, when it is your friend it hurts. I'm praying for you Mike Box and your family and your horses and all your animals and your work. You are a blessing to so many of us. Please keep updating and please stay safe.
