Kyle Sewell Cancer Treatment

Hello my name is Angela. I’m writing on behalf of my son Kyle. He is great need of having everyone hear his story. Kyle is 26 years old and has been a healthy kid his whole life and has never been sick. He has always been full of life and always there for anyone when they needed him. He is also a father to two young children. Kyle is extremely athletic and has a passion for football. He at one point in his life was even able to make a career in football. That dream was taken when Kyle became sick September 2017.
This all began when Kyle began to have pains in his stomach. The pains were so crippling he decided to seek medical attention. Kyle was then told by the hospital he needed to have emergency surgery on his appendix. Once the surgery was completed tests were then completed and came back. Kyle was given the news that no body wanted to hear. He had cancer of the colon. He then was scheduled to have another surgery were they removed part of his colon. At this point Kyle was given the clean bill of health that he was cancer free they had removed what was infected with cancer successfully.
This past spring Kyle was starting to not feel well again. He was told by the doctors that everything was fine. A few months later tests were done again. In June 2018 Kyle was told the devastating news that is cancer was back and was worse than ever. The cancer had not only fully effected his colon, but how now spread to his small and large intestines, his stomach lining, 4 lymph nodes, and his gallbladder. Chemotherapy is not an option at this point as Kyle’s immune system is too fragile.
Needing answers as to what exactly what was going on I brought Kyle to a private doctor who specializes in Barrie to test his blood. His blood then comes that his white are excellent and his red blood cells have infected with parasites from travelling. Throughout his medical journey in the last year this remained undetected. Which is when we found out this is what is causing the cancer that has been attacking his organs and making the cancer so aggressive.
Kyle is currently in the Jeravinski Cancer Hospital. As his condition remains to deteriorate rapidly. Since his arrival we have discovered a treatment facility that is able to meet Kyle health needs in a non aggressive form to help him fight this horrible disease. This hospital is located in Mexico and not only is the treatment not covered by our health care system in Ontario, the treatment is also only available in Mexico. We are currently asking the social media community to come together and grant Kyle the opportunity to receive the care he so desperately needs. Time is of essences Kyle needs to be in Mexico within a week for this to work in his favour.
Kyle is my son and my best friend, he’s a brother, he is a father, a boyfriend and a friend to many. Please help me share his story so we can make his dream to continue to live a healthy life.
