Save Scarlett

I was pulling in the drive way & for some unusual reason Scarlett went out the gate we live on a single lane country road but tonight that didn’t matter a car was coming & got her she’s breathing a little movement  but needs help were trying to get in touch with a vet right now we’re all heart broke & would appreciate any help at all
