Sincere's Aftercare With Care

Well with only a weeks notice before Sincere's procedure it didn't give us much time to prepare. Along with my fiancé having to pay for us to live out of a motel until we can find ourselves an apartment. We really couldn't save up for much either. And now that everything is said and done. We now need to pay for more hotel living. New, bigger diapers. Maternal pads and 24 month pants do to his new procedure, his sizes have went up within 24 hours. And the pad and diaper need to be changed every 2 hours since his bladder will be draining from his lower abdomen where the incision and new channel from the bladder meet. Not filling up then draining like we do. My fiancé can't work until I feel I can do this in my own. So saying money will be tight is a major understatement. Anything will help in a major way.
