Lyft Driver Who Loves Her Job!

On August 23, 2017 I was hit my another motorist who was going 35 mph in a 25. My driver's side rear bumper was torn off. My deductible on my insurance is $500. I currently have $140 in my savings account. The officer issued me a $98 citation even though the other motorist admitted that she was speeding and didn't see me. I suspect that she was distracted maybe on a cellphone. I currently make my living as a part-time Lyft and Uber driver. This is my sole income and I love it. I have a lot of medical bills, and currently over $9,000 of medical bills in collections. If I can't meet my $500 deductible and repair my car I won't be able to work and keep myself afloat. I always try to do the right thing and help other people in need. I'm hoping that some of that karma will come back to me so that I can raise the $308 I need for the ticket and for my deductible that I don't have.
