      Hello everyone. My name is Michael Bethea. I was diagnosed with end-stage renal failure and have been on dialysis for eight years. I married Luann, the woman God kept for me, this past April. She wanted to donate a kidney but was not a match. However, shortly after we were placed on the National Kidney Exchange Program list, God provided our matches! On Wednesday, August 23rd we will be having our transplant surgeries in a brilliantly organized kidney swap involving 10 people over 4 different states!!
    Our surgeries are only days away!!! And we need immediate help! The total cost for lodging, food, gas and lost wages during the month we are required to stay near the transplant center amounts to $13,075!
