Michael's Cancer War

Hi. I'm Veronica and I'm this warriors mom. His name is Michael Maximus Alexander. Since before he was born he had a warriors name. But at 6 months, we noticed a white spot in his eye only some saw. We pushed his MD's to check but to no avail. We finally got sent to a Dr Holt at EYE-Q. Dr Holt took one look at Michael and I think he knew. He did a few tests and turned to us and told us what he thought was wrong. Dr Holt and his office told us within a week we would get a call from UCSF but they moved so quickly, we got a call within hours. That same day we saw our ophthalmologist, we headed to San Francisco. At 15 months, My perfect little baby was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma (eye cancer) and it was at its worst. No chance of saving his eye. Our only option was to remove his eye in order to save his life. We have been through chemo, sedations, pokes, pricks and other battles in this war. Thankfully, August 3,2017 he was declared CANCER FREE! We don't know how we made it through this war, but we did it! Now, bills and more appointments are coming up. Michael has loving siblings and family that need to be taken care of as well. And with all this comes the hard part. I'm asking if anyone can donate to keep our baby safe, from everything, we would greatly appreciate it. Mikes mommy and daddy work hard for him but sometimes, life happens.
