Cremation For Bill Shepherd

William Shepherd "Billy" is my ex husband, father of my children, grandfather and great grandfather. He is a military Veteran who succumbed to cancer this past Sunday evening while in hospice care near his home in Ft. Myers Florida. Bill was born in 1944 in NJ where he was raised and lived until later years of his life. His last wish was to be cremated and his ashes taken back to his boyhood happy place in NJ. His daughter is asking for assistance in paying for his cremation and the trip to take him home as she does not have the means to cover these costs. Billy is currently at the Gallaher American Family Funeral Home in Ft. Myers , Florida. They are asking $1,500 to cover his cremation costs, necessary paperwork processing, and the delivery of his remains to his daughter who currently reside in AZ. Please help us make Bill's last wish come true. The first step is raising the funds for his cremation. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated.
