Please Help Me save Icie

Icie is a boxer bluetick mix. I was recently in the hospital so she went to stay with my sons father. At their residence she was attacked and had a puncture wound on her neck and abdomen. She has 4 drain tubes in her neck but now her skin is dying on her chest it is gapping open and she's in surgery to have it removed its dead all the way down her abdomen and stomach. She may need skin grafting. I've had her since she was three days old. She's 8 now. I can't lose her. I'm unemployed. I was working but lost my job due to medical reasons. She needs to Be seen every two days to change her bandages. I'm currently battling my own health issues and I can't bare to see her like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
