Dantae's Homegoing Celebration

We share this with a heavy heart, but as many of you know, on Sunday August 6, 2017 we tragically lost our beloved, Dantae Franklin. Many knew him as a friend, coworker, best friend or homeboy. But truth revealing, he portrayed the roles of a son, grandson, uncle, nephew, brother, cousin & confidant. If you knew him, you can't forget him. His presence would open up a room with jokes, laughter, silliness & humor. His character was real, his openness was raw. The man that Dantae was, illustrated essence of what it was like to be with & reflect with family & close friends. Sadly, this was all taken from him & his life was cut too short.  

We've all experienced losing a loved one or friend & you can never really prepare yourself to compose the following you're about to endure. Being emotionally, financially & mentally. 

With many friends, relatives & family we've been blessed with the outpour of love, strength & prayers. But unfortunately with the lack of funds & no covered insurance, we need & ask of you for financial aid to help lay our brother..our loved one Dantae to rest. 

To cover funeral arrangements & costs of burial has been estimated at $8000. 

We fully understand it's a lot, but in any cost & amount, your donation will mean the world to us. Even if it's at small cost to minimal. We'd be extremely grateful. 

As we're searching & asking for justice in his case, we are hopeful for the truth & answers. Until we do, we want to solely provide the best we can at this time for Dantae's home going to be with the Lord, but we ask of you for assistance in help doing so. 

We love you Dantae, we will fight for your justice, you're gone but never forgotten & we're going to bring you home.
