Helping Families For The Holidays

This year I have came across many families in need. Families who have lost a job right before the holidays, lost a mother or father before holidays, have been injured and cannot work currently and cannot bring in enough money for Christmas, etc. I have tried to help as many families as I could recently with everything I had, and everything I could. We even teamed up with Pizza Hut a few weeks back and were able to feed a total of 8 families in need of a meal. Now the holiday season is here, and this is a time many families come together, give thanks, celebrate, and put smiles on their childrens faces, as well as their families. But there are some families that won't be able to do that. There are some children that will wake up and not have a Christmas. There are families who won't have a Christmas dinner, all for reasons beyond there control. Some families are in such a tight spot they only have enough money for their bills and don't have the extra to even spend on Christmas, and are left with a choice of what to do, pay their bills, and see there child sad Christmas morning, or hold off paying the bills to make their child happy. I want to do my best this Christmas to make sure as many families as we can help do not have to go through that. I have a couple families already on our list to help this Christmas, but I want to help more! I want to be able to help families with Christmas gifts for their kids, and Christmas dinner, so they can know that that smile is going to be on there kids face, and that there are still nice people out there that care about others! After having a family of my own, I couldn't bare to see my kids go without on Christmas, al though I think back to a time at 4 years old, where I got coloring books, a snow globe, and some other small things for Christmas, because that is all my mother could afford at the time, and I was the happiest kid ever because I knew she did her best.  I want to help families this Christmast and do this every year even, so every Christmas we can personally put a smile on as many families faces as we can Christmas morning. You don't have to donate a lot, although the more we can gather, the more families we can help. If you don't have a lot donate what you can. Lets help some families out this Christmas and put smiles on their faces!
