Get ready for the 1st Annual Max Deitle Memorial 5k! Friends of the family came up with the idea to create a memorial fund that will directly benefit first responders and supply them with needed equipment for their vehicles. Many of our first responders and area fire departments are volunteers that depend on donations from the community. What a great way to remember Max!
The 5k will be held at the Forest Hills Jr. High School on May 3rd. If you aren't local and/or can't participate, you can make a donation here on GoFundMe toward this great cause in Max's memory.
More details and updates will be provided as we get closer to the date!
It's been a long and difficult journey for the family. In advance, your support, continued prayers and donations to this great cause are appreciated!
We are at 90% of our goal and donations can continue even after we meet our goal. Please pray for the family today as they say good-bye to this precious baby boy. Continue to share this to help support this heartbroken family. THANK-YOU all!
Friends... As you all know, on Thursday, August 29, 15 month old Max fell into the family pool and was life-flighted to Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh. Heroic efforts were made to save this sweet baby. The fight was long and every resource was exhausted, but God Almighty holds him tightly now. In the wake of the devastating loss, Max leaves behind 7 sisters, 1 brother and his loving parents, Rhonda and John Deitle. We are all helpless at a time like this but all we can do is support them with our love, prayers and donations to assist them with medical and funeral costs. Max's father, John is a self-employed appliance repairman and will be off of work for two weeks. Also, there was no life insurance to off-set funeral costs. Please give freely from your hearts.
In lieu of flowers please help with donating either on this page or mail a check directly to First Commonwealth Bank, 708 W. High St. Ebensburg, PA 15931 in the memory of Max Deitle.
