Jump Start Jay's New Realty Career

They say it takes money to make money.  That might be why I haven't made any money yet.  Hi, my name's Jason, but most folks call me by my nickname, Jay; it makes it easier to remember, especially when you pair it with my last name, Walker.  Just think: what's the technical term for a person who doesn't use a crosswalk?  A jaywalker.  Now, that's hard to forget.  

Recently, I've decided to get my licenses to sell real estate in New England, but that costs money I don't have.  I'm working for a company I'll not name in an industry that's not as lucrative as it once was, & it's a struggle to just pay bills; there's no extra money to pay for things like classes, tests, & other fees that may come with getting a real estate license.  Also, to be successful in this or most fields, it's helpful to have independent transportation; I have a car through a dealership & can afford the weekly payments, but I need to pay the taxes on it, so that I can get legal plates for it, once the temporary plates expire.  

I've been told by many people in the business that it's currently a seller's market, which is good for me, but since I can work for a buyer or a seller, the slowly improving market works well for me in either state.  I really feel like this is the way to go for me, in order to finally take control of my life; I just need help getting there.  If all my Facebook friends gave just $1, I'd be just a few dollars away from my goal here, so it wouldn't be too taxing on any one person.  Seriously, I'll take a quarter from everyone; I'd just really appreciate any help I can get.  Unfortunately, the minimum amount a donor can make to my campaign is $5; this minimum donation amount is due to the processing fees applied to each donation.  If you need to give something smaller, contact me, & we'll work something out.  Thanks again.
