The Dennis Hayle Scholarship Fund

On January 25, 2009 Dennis Hayle, a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and a NC A&T State Aggie was shot and killed at his apartment near the college in which he attended. Since Dennis' death his fraternity brothers along with the 2009 Senior Class at North Carolina A&T State University created a scholarship in Dennis' honor. The scholarship goal was set at $25,000. Since then through Scholarship Balls, Donations, and other fundraisers $18,000 has been raised. We have a balance of $7,000. We are approaching the 5 year mark since Dennis has passed. We want to raise the remaining amount of money by January 1, 2014 & award the scholarship to a student/students at the next Dennis Hayle Scholarship Ball. We need your help in raising this money, if you knew Dennis or not we need you to pitch in and help us reach this goal. Donate what you can, if its a dollar or if its $100 we are very thankful for your input.
