Please help our family keep our home

Hello... my name is Tina and my family and I are facing eviction... I am a married (8 years) 38 yr old mother of 3 children (17,15, and 11) and pregnant with our 4th child set to be delivered (via C-section) in less than 1.5 weeks. Those who know me know just how difficult it is for me to ask for help! However it has come to a point where I have no option but to do so. I am the type of person that will do and has done anything and everything that I can to help others including perfect strangers even when I myself have next to nothing. I am hoping and praying that someone will assist my family and I during our time of need.I will start off with an explanation and details as to how we have come to this hardship. My husband has been employed with the same company (IT Tech support) for over 5 years and is making a minimal salary of $12 an hour. Although he has attempted on many occasions to find alternative/additional employment he has had no luck. I was working as a Medical Asst. in an office for 5 years and due to a relocation was forced to look for another job. When I did find a new medical office (that is corporately owned) in Oct. 2012 we found a few months later (Jan 2013) that we were expecting child #4. Because of certain strenuous duties i.e, lifting boxes, assisting patients onto examining tables etc. I informed my immediate supervisor of my condition and it seemed from that point on I could do nothing right. Everyday at work became more stressful causing hypertension and cramping. Already considered "high risk" due to a previously removed and recurrent brain tumor as well as other medical conditions; and at the advise of my physician, I had to do what was best for our unborn child and resign unable to qualify for unemployment.
Having to be seen by not 1 but 2 specialists every few weeks, this posed a problem in gaining any other form of employment. This causing us to fall behind in our rent ($1500 per mo). Paying only half when it is due and the other half as we had it, incurring late fees ($125 every mo.) Our oldest son did get a job at a local fast food establishment to help out as much as he could and still does, however it is not enough. My mother, the only family member able to help, has been supplementing our loss of income as much as she can. She has also made sure our new baby has everything that she needs and has purchased the school clothes for our older children. Without her we would have been homeless a long time ago. Because I was too proud to ask for help as we needed it, we have fallen so far behind that we are now facing eviction. With such a large family and a newborn well on her way, we are in dire straits with no where to turn. I have always been a worker, and for the last few months I have been able to find excitement only in the thought of delivering our little girl. This isn't the kind of excitement as one would think, it is excitement specifically because I will then be able to go back to work and get our lives back on track. It sounds horrible I know ...and I am in fear of unforeseen complications with delivery with either myself or the baby that would hinder me from being able to immediately return to work. I want to be able to stay home with her as long as I can but in this day in time, It definitely takes 2 people in the household to work in order to make ends meet. I have tried to sell anything worth a few dollars and contacted local means of assistance but have been denied help due to our situation being over 30 days old if that makes any sense. As of the 1st of September we will be behind 2 months and in order to avoid eviction have to come up with ($3000 plus late fees of $250 and legal fees of $250) as soon as possible. I thank you in advance for reading this plea for help and appreciate all of your prayers.
