Housing Repairs

Hi, I’m not even sure how I go about doing this. I’ve exhausted almost every option but this. I own a house in Muncy, PA since 2013. I enlisted into the Army and left the area. I hired a property manager to handle my property it was someone I thought I could trust. Money wasted. Last week my sister went to my house and showed me everything that was wrong. I was scammed and was told everything was fine just for that check to keep coming. I’m not in the area I’m still in Oklahoma where I was stationed. And now left with a house that needs a large amount of repairs and it breaks my heart, it wasn’t my childhood home. I trusted the wrong person and my home was destroyed. So I’m asking for help. I can provide photos of the damage as soon as possible. I’ve already repairs what I could on my own like carpets and I am trying to buy a new fridge. Anything will help. Thank you.
