Chuck Kicks Cancer's Butt

Two years ago Chuck was diagnosed with lung cancer. He went through both chemotherapy and radiation treatments, and earlier this year at an appointment with his oncologist, scans showed no active cancer cells. However, at his appointment in July, the doctor discovered more cancer cells in his lungs, lymph nodes and brain. He is again going through both chemo and radiation treatments. Although insurance pays for part of the cost, it cannot cover everything. Please come out and join us as we celebrate a great guy and help raise money to ease the financial burden for the Burres family at a fundraiser at the St. Augustine Shrine Club at 250 Brainard Dr. in St. Augustine, FL on Saturday, September 14th. Fundraising efforts will include a rummage sale in the morning, cornhole tournament, horseshoe tournament, a 50/50 raffle and a great dinner that can be purchased for $15 per person.
