4 Sensory Paths for Frenchtown Elementary School
Donation protected
Great news!! We have received the green light to purchase and install the four Sensory Paths for each hallway wing at Frenchtown Elementary School. Hooray! Donations of any amount will positively impact the learning of all children. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause. It will benefit our current students as well as students for years to come. Per Connecticut State Guidelines (see attached links), there a lot of restrictions to when children can go outside for recess. These sensory paths will get the kids moving on those frequent days. They will provide children with the movement they require for an optimal learning level. Allowing students to move throughout the school day will benefit their attention, their health, their school performance, their social performance, and more!
Children who will benefit from this:
Children with Attention Deficit Disorder
Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Children with Anxiety
Children with Obesity
Children with Unique Learning Styles
ALL CHILDREN!!!
