Two Patriots Legal Defense Fund

Two Protestors with the national group Overpasses for Obama's Impeachment, at St Charles County Fairgrounds overpass were arrested by the Mo State Highway Patrol Saturday at approx. 2:30 pm on 8/17/13. The charges which included No complying with police orders and resisting arrest are clearly contended by the captured video taken by the protesters on the scene. The two men arrested plan on filing Civil Rights Violation law suits for the actions taken by police at the scene.

The two men were booked held for 24 hours at SCCDOC 301 north second street in St. Charles and are now at large after serving their time.
