El equipo de Radio Campesina viajara a Mexico el primero de Octubre para entregar los fondos en persona a multiples organizaciones sin fines de lucro que han estado ayudando a los afectados. Direct Relief es una organizacion sin fines de lucro que suele coordinarse con empresas mexicanas y equipos respondern a emergencias para proveer medicamentos a las victimas del terremoto en el sur y centro de Mexico. Radio Campesina tambien estara visitando el estado de Oaxaca para donar dinero a las organizaciones sin fines de lucro que se encuentran reconstruyendo casas destruidas por los terremotos.

At least 250 people are dead after a magnitude 7.1 earthquake hit central Mexico. Radio Campesina wants to support the victims. We are fundraising for a couple days and then we will PERSONALLY take the collected funds to the organizations that are providing medical relief, serving hot meals and building shelters for those affected in the wake of these natural disasters.
Radio Campesina staff will travel to Mexico on October 1st to deliver the funds in person to multiple non-profits that are helping people on the ground. Direct Relief is a non-profit that is coordinating with Mexico-based companies and national emergency response organizations to deliver much-needed medicine to those impacted by the earthquakes in southern and central Mexico. Radio Campesina will also travel to Oaxaca to give money to non-profits that are rebuilding homes destroyed by the earthquakes.
We are a radio station dedicated to serving the ones in need, just like our Founder Cesar Chavez said: "From the depth of need and despair, people can work together, can organize themselves to solve their own problems and fill their own needs with dignity and strength."
