Help Bombazo Dance Travel to NOLA

Bombazo is a non-profit dance company, who's mission is to conserve and advocate for Afro Puerto Rican Bomba drum and dance and the African Diaspora in both its traditional form and fusing with contemporary and social styles of dance. 

As choreographer and artistic director, I want audiences to experience how a simple element can be taken to new heights and beyond. And to further enrich the knowledge of all who come and support our dance concerts, within the universal language of dance!

We have been invited to perform at the 2017  Worlds Rhtyms Festival in New Orleans, Louisiana for a second time!!! We were the first Puerto Rican Bronx dance and drum company to present Afro Puerto Rican Bomba to the wonderful New Orleans community in 2014.
The company is an intergenerational dance and drum ensemble sharing and connecting through our African Caribbean heritage.

Your contributions, will help our community dancers and drummers visit and perform on such an honorable and prestigeous stage in New Orleans. Funds will mainly go to support airline and lodging accomodations for a group of 12.

Via this site, our facebook page and website, you will have an insight view of the rehearsal process, follow the process in NEW ORLEANS in addition mentioning your name as a contributor on  our playbill of performances.
