Please Help Save My Dog

Hello Guys,
This is something I never thought I'd do but I have to try every option to save my dogs life. I won't feel right if she dies and I didn't exhaust every option. My dog has been with me for 9 years now. By my side. Through college, through my travels, on airplanes, buses trains and more. I've never gone any where with out her. She recently stopped eating so I took her to the vet to find out she has Bloat (non technical term) basically her stomach flipped upside down and she could die at any moment they said. I rushed to North Star vet where they explained how severe her condition was and she would need emergency surgery. But that surgery would cost 5-8k dollars. Unfortunately I do not have that to put up. I can come up with atleast 3k I am slightly embarrassed to ask for help but anything will help me save my dog, who is apart of this family. Please 1$ anything will help save my family member. She needs this surgery asap and I am running out of time. I have been up all night sick, she isn't just a dog, she is my family. My daughter is in love with her everyday she comes home and looks for her I do not want this to end yet if I can prevent it!
